Back in 2002, in a photoshop thread for making a new men's magazine, an unlucky farker was the victim of his image host mixing up two almost identical URLs. When he meant to submit a star trek themed magazine with a written out caption "where no man has gone before", he ended up posting a graphic photo of a man with a large pickle (or cucumber) inserted into his anus.
The shock of seeing such an explicit photo, coupled with the comically appropriate caption, meant that the thread was effectively derailed, and his reputation ruined from that point on.
